- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon salt and fresh pepper (to taste)

- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 cups raw rice
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
