Ingredients

• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 scant tablespoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1-2 cups skinned, seeded, and diced papaya
• 1 mango, skinned, seeded, and diced
• 1/2 cup diced pineapple, fresh or canned
• 1 kiwi, skinned and diced
• 1 cup diced strawberries
• 1 star fruit, thinly sliced (for garnish)
