- 1 tsp celery salt
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar (save 1/4 cup dark brown sugar for vinegar sauce)
- 375ml beer (such as amber ale or pilsner)
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp sea-salt flakes
- 2kg boneless pork shoulder roast
- 1 cup Obento Rice Wine Vinegar
- 110g coleslaw (optional, to serve)
