• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Lactantia® PūrFiltre 2% Milk
• 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) baking powder
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• Sauce :
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) granulated sugar
• Pinch salt
• Toppings :
• 1 cup (250 mL) Lactantia® 35% Whipping Cream
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) confectioners’ (icing) sugar
• 2 cups (500 mL) sliced fresh strawberries
