• 2 large Granny Smith apples (peeled and sliced)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour ((approximately 130 grams))
• 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
• 3 large eggs (beaten)
• 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
• Cooking spray
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1-2 tablespoons whole milk (use as needed)
