• 1 ounce Grand Marnier or triple sec
• 1 box (18.25 ounce) white cake mix
• 3 egg whites (large)
• 2 tablespoons oil (canola oil)
• 2 teaspoons lime zest
• *ICING*
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted (up to 5 cups)
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice(not bottled)
• 2 tablespoons tequila
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon lime zest
