• 1-1/2 cups peanut butter (chunky or smooth ~ I like chunky)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 6 cups powdered sugar
• 6 cups semisweet or dark chocolate chips
• 1 TB shortening (i.e. Crisco)
• 1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
