• 1-1/2 cups peanut butter ( chunky or smooth ~ I like chunky )
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 6 cups powdered sugar
• 6 cups semisweet or dark chocolate chips
• 1 TB shortening ( i.e. Crisco )
• 1 cup butter, softened ( 2 sticks )
