Sweet and Salty Snack Mix

Ingredients

• 1 oz (28 g) white chocolate, chopped
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) peanut butter
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) wheat cereal squares (like Shreddies ©)
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) mixed nuts (pecans, almonds, peanuts ...)
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) pretzel sticks (about 15 to 20 sticks)
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) mixed dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, cherries ...)
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) icing sugar
• 2 new brown paper lunch bags, inserted one into the other
