• 500 g ground beef
• 2 yellow onions, coarsely chopped
• 2 small garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tbsp red chillies, finely chopped
• 800 g tomatoes, diced
• 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 3 carrots, cut into small cubes
• 1 tsp coarse salt
• ½ cups sour cream
• 240 g warm flatbread
