Ingredients

• 4 chicken fillets cut into strips
• ½ teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• ½ cup gram flour
• ½ cup cake flour
• 1 teaspoon crushed cumin
• 1 teaspoon crushed coriander
• Salt to taste
• 1 small onion finely chopped (I omitted)
• ½ cup coriander leaves chopped
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ cup cheese grated
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 1 cup water
