Ingredients

• 1 onion
• 2 litres of vegetable stock
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 bunch of fresh green asparagus
• 2 handful of fresh spinach (or ½ cup of frozen)
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• ½ freshly chopped parsley
