- 6 Cups Bundt Cake:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- Hibiscus Glaze:
- 2 bags Hibiscus tea
- 1 cup water
- 1 3/4 cups Confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1-3 Tbsp brewed Hibiscus tea, cooled
