Ingredients

• 1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread (24 oz. loaf; can use any bread)
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 1 Tbsp rum (optional)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 stick of butter (to cook with and top french toast)
• 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz. package)
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1 1/2 Tbsp granulated white sugar
