• 1 jar pickles ​(100 ml juice)
• 140 g mild blue cheese
• 200 ml sour cream
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• salt
• 150 g butter
• 150 ml hot sauce, for example, sriracha sauce
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 400 ml potato flour
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp chilli powder
• ½ tbsp flaked salt
• 2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 l neutral oil
