- 40 g oats
- 170 g fat free natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ tbsp granulated sweetener
- 2 eggs (you can use 1 egg if you prefer a slightly drier texture)
- 1 small carrot (grated, approximately 30-40g)
- ½ tsp mixed spice
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
