Sweet Onion Bacon Dressing – Miss BeHavin's Haven

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp creme fraiche
• 2 tbsp Duke's Mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp 2% plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp Steen's Pure Cane Syrup
• 1 clove garlic, minced and smashed
• 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
• 2 tsp Steen's Pure Cane Vinegar
• 3 tbsp Wright Applewood Smoked Bacon, crisped, chopped and pulsed 3 times
• 1 small onion, sliced thin
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp maytag blue cheese crumbles
