• 2, 10 ounce cans of cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1/2 cup excellent cheese (like Fiscalini San Joaquin Gold)
• 6 slices bacon chopped (chopped)
• 6 ounces sliced California mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons California olive oil
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 8 cups California green beans
• 1 can french fried onions (2-3 cups)
