Cold coffee with dulce de leche | Cafe 1820

Ingredients

• 6 egg yolks
• 1 ¼ cup refined sugar
• 1 ¼ cup Mascarpone or 220 grams of cream cheese, ¼ cup of custard and 2 tbsp of sweet cream (Cream it in the blender, this is a substitute for mascarpone)
• 1 ¾ cup whipped whipped cream and ½ cup more for garnish.
• 2 boxes of lady fingers
• 1 1/3 cup of Café 1820 mixed with a tablespoon of Liquor or Rum or Brandy.
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Cocoa powder for garnish
• Chocolate colochos to decorate
