Ingredients
- 1 medium size chicken washed and drained /4 slices chicken fillets cut butterfly
- 3-4 tablespoon mochachos chicken spice
- 2 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
- ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- 4 tablespoon oil
- ½ cup chilli sauce .
- Add a bit of spice to the same pot , 1 tablespoon butter and a bit of lemon...throw this over the chicken
- Adjust spices as desired .
