Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) container of sour cream.
• 1 cup mayonnaise.
• 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped.
• 3 scallions, thinly sliced.
• 1 (1.4 ounce) packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix.
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry.
• Bread chunks and fresh vegetables, for serving.
