Cheese Quesadillas – Hanilor – Lactalis Group

Ingredients

• 1 pc of tortilla dough
• 4 slices of smoked cheese President
• 4 slices of Cheddar cheese President
• Jalapeno pickled
• Fresh coriander
• 1 pc of avocado, finely chopped
• 2 tsp of lemon juice
• Pinch of salt and black pepper
• 1/2 pc of red pepper finely chopped
• 200ml President Cream 35% (very cold)
• Two teaspoons of lemon juice
