Ingredients

• Burgers:

• 4 tsp Ranch Rub (see below)
• 4 Hamburger Buns, split
• Romaine Lettuce
• Tomato Slices
• Mojo Sauce:
• 2 tsp Sweet Paprika
• 2 tsp Dried Thyme
• 1-1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp Ground Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Ground Red pepper
• 1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
• Ranch Rub (Makes 3 tbsp):
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 1 md Onion, cut into thin wedges
• 1 tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
