• 1 stick margarine, melted (1/2 cup)
• 3/4 cup white rice flour
• 1/4 cup sweet rice flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp molasses
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup water
