• 4 Oz Tortilla Chips, corn tortilla chips
• 1 Cup Mexican Crema, at room temperature
• 8 tsp Hot Sauce, optional
• 8 Oz Lettuce, shredded iceberg
• 1 Cup Tomatoes, 2 medium, de-seeded, small diced
• 1 Cup White Onion, small diced
