Carrot Salad 🥗 recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 2 grated carrots
• 1 big red onion sliced
• 1 small white onion sliced-optional
• ½ a cucumber 🥒 seeded and chopped
• 4 green chillies chopped or sliced
• ½ cup chopped dhania (coriander)
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• Salt as needed
