Ingredients
- 400g elbow pasta
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 1 small head broccoli
- 250 g Mascarpone cheese
- 250 g Mozzarella and cheddar mixed saving some for the top
- 1 Chicken stock pot
- 300 ml Warm water
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 200 g Tuc Crackers
- 6 Par baked rolls
- 200 g Butter
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Bunch of fresh parsley
