Simple Roasted Beets & Garlic Scapes - Dishing Up the Dirt
I almost didn’t post this recipe because it’s so darn basic. But honestly, sometimes I think it’s easy to forget how to prepare food in it’s most simple form. W
Ingredients
- 400F
- Slice the beets into 1 inch wedges and place them on a baking sheet.
- Add the garlic scapes to the sheet
- drizzle everything with the olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Sprinkle with the thyme and a hefty pinch of flakey sea salt.
