Malai Chicken Roast recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• Add to Bauer or pot steam slightly
• Add Marinade see below
• 1 Small grated onion
• 1 Full tablespoon magic masala
• 3 tablespoon any Malai marinade
• 1 tablespoon Portuguese chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli (optional)
• 1 teaspoon Dhana mix optional
• 1 tablespoon chicken Tikka spice
• 2 tablespoon yoghurt or maas
• 3-4 tablespoon nestle or fresh cream
• Paprika for colour
• Little lemon juice
• Add thyme rosemary
• And 2 tablespoon oil
• Salt to taste
• Adjust your chilli and salt
• Add steam sweet cut cobs
• Any Nando sauces for extra flavour
