Seventeen years ago (!), some kind soul gave us a waffle iron as a wedding present. Over the years, I've made waffles on occasion, but since pancakes are soooo much easier, there's really only one...

- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 16 slices Pepperoni
- 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped basil
- 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
- 1 cup pizza sauce for dipping waffles
