Raw Chocolate Fudge - The Plantiful Blonde
One of my favorite treats growing up was fudge and I have to admit it's still a favorite. I have fond memories of selling Harry London Easter candies..
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans (nut-free use unsalted sunflower seeds)
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp chocolate extract
