Favorite of ours..my mom's delicious meatloaf. Serve with Mashed potatoes, mac & cheese or your favorite veggie!
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2lbs medium lean ground beef
- 21saltines, crushed (1/2 package)
- 1⁄3c onion, chopped fine
- 1⁄3 c green pepper (optional), chopped fine
- 1egg
- 1 can Campbell's (or comparable) condensed tomato soup
- 1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- Ketchup
