- ¼ teaspoon ginger,
- ½ teaspoon garlic
- ½ teaspoon crushed red chili
- salt,
- ¼ teaspoon haldi,
- ½ teaspoon Garam masala,
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
- ½ teaspoon dhana powder.
- ¼ teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1 packet crushed lays chips (I used ½ packet salted & ½ packet spring onion and cheese) Mix well and fill into the samosa
