- 1 cup of ice water, divided
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup of light corn syrup
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of corn starch
- non stick spray
