This recipe traditionally uses laupele leaves, but here we use spinach.
Ingredients
- handful spinach
- 1 litre water to boil
- 15g chopped onion
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 355ml coconut cream
- Salt and pepper to season
- 4 slices thinly cut sweet potato
- 120ml cooking oil to fry
- Pinch salt
- Pinch Paprika
