• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup water
• 2 cups dry macaroni or pasta of choice
• 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, colby jack are my favorite for this)
• 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
