Chicken-Thyme Stew with Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients

• 15 oz Boneless chicken breasts
• 1 tablespoon + 1 tsp olive oil
• ½ cups Chopped onion
• 2 cl Garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon Flour
• 1½ cups Sliced mushrooms
• 1 cups Chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
• 1½ teaspoons Dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon Chicken seasoning(I added)
• 1 oz (2 T) dry sherry
• ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
• ¼ cups Nonfat sour cream
