Baked Greek Chicken - Chew Nibble Nosh

Ingredients

• 1 cup plain regular yogurt (Not Greek)
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
• 1 lemon, zest the lemon and juice half of it
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 3 1/2 – 4 lbs. chicken pieces
