Sticky Spam Fried Rice Balls

Ingredients

• 1 tin spam, diced
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 inch ginger, grated
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 100ml pineapple juice
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 200g sushi rice, seasoned
• Vegetable oil, to fry
• Furikake
• 3 tbsp Japanese mayo
• 1 tbsp sour cream
• 1 tbsp sushi ginger, minced
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Chinese chives, finely chopped
• Pinch furikake
• Salt, to taste
