• 1/2 c Walnuts; (I used pecans)
• 1 c Pureed avocado; (the riper,
• 1/3 c Buttermilk; (I subbed some
• 1/4 c Light rum
• 1 pt Heavy cream
• 1 1/2 ts Baking soda
• 1/2 c Butter
• 1/2 ts Cinnamon
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 1/2 ts Allspice
• 1/2 ts Nutmeg; freshly ground
• 1/2 c Chopped dates; (I subbed
• 1/4 c Golden raisins
• 1 c Confectioners sugar
• 1 pn Salt
• 2 Eggs; well beaten
• 1 1/2 c All purpose flour
