Hawaiian Coconut Cookies with Macadamia Nuts. Fantastic.

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter (at room temperature)
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed )
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons orange rind (grated )
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup desiccated coconut (sweetened)
• 1 cup Macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped)
