Ingredients

• 1 1/4 Cup All purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 6 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, cold, cubed
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Shortening (Crisco)
• 2-4 Tbsp. Ice cold water
• 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 tsp. whole cloves
• 2 large sweet potatoes*, ~2 1/2-3 cups (cooked, skin removed & mashed until smooth)
• 1, 14 oz. Can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
• 4 large eggs, room temperature
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 tsp. lemon juice
