Cheddar Thumbprint Cookies – Keystone Cheese

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg yolk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 8 ounces Keystone Farms Cheese Aged Cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)
• 4 ounces Keystone Farms Cheese preferred fruit - infused cheese (1 cup)
• 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, optional
• 2/3 cup fruit jam of choice
