Ingredients: 1 tin (400ml) coconut milk /cream; ¾ cup sugar; 1 big pineapple, clean and cut; 500ml water; 30 ice cubes; Add coconut milk and sugar in a saucepan bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool completly.; Add water and pineapple into a blender with ½ cup sugar, blend and strain in a jug; Add the coconut mixture, pineapple juice and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
