• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp chili flakes
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp dried sage
• ½ lemon juice
• 200g unsalted butter, cut into smaller pieces
• 5 garlic cloves, lightly crushed
• 1 cups cherry tomatoes
• 150g danish fetta, to serve
• Parsely, roughly chopped to serve
