Berry Bird Burgers with Strawberry Salsa » Civilized Caveman
Ok so I was on a complete strawberry kick today so this was the creation I came up with for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised as to how wonderful this was
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- handful of fresh arugala chopped
- strawberries to garnish
