Doritos Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
• 1/2 medium onion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
• 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 package (9-1/4 ounces) Doritos
• 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
• Optional: sliced or cubed avocado, salsa, sliced jalapeno peppers and additional sour cream
