Chocolate Chip Muesli Cookies • Kroll's Korner

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sifted whole wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. sea salt
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 2/3 cup homemade apple sauce
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 large egg
• 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
• 1 cup Muesli (I used Bob's Red Mill)
• 6 oz. dark chocolate chips
