• 2 large Florida bell peppers, sliced thin
• 1 large Florida zucchini, diced small
• ¼ cup green onion, washed and chopped fine
• 1 teaspoon plus more to taste seasoning blend (Greek, Latin, Cajun)
• ½ lemon, juiced
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
