• 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 plum tomato, sliced
• 2 tablespoons Feta cheese, crumbled
• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
